ive done yoga in PE class and it was quite funny. the lady was like "now feel the molten centre of the earth" and i was like to my friend "but my science teacher said it was solid" lol science is great

xD My yoga teacher told us to put our spine on the mat, one bump at a time, like we were pearls running off a string. We got into a great discussion about the differences between the feel of pearls slipping off a string versus the feel of plastic beads slipping off a string. When we were done with that, we started asking about how pearls slipping off a sting felt like. xD

pilates is awesome! I did a little bit of it.. we got sent a dvd in the mail with the newspaper xD so i thought it'd give it a shot and it was really good .. i laughed at the woman that said "work that powerhouse!" xD
Yoga is also very good! I did it on friday actually Razz i fell asleep, twas awesome.
LOL! nice... which was the difference of plastic and pearl?
I haven't had anything cool like that.. only one time, we got to sit tight like a ball and roll around in circles. that was hilarious xD
