Yeah, in Australia, the private schools have more holidays than the public schools do.. but they have more work to do

I go to a co-ed private school.. but it so doesn't feel like a private school! Other schools in the area think we're all really rich and snobbish.. but we're not at all! We're all really friendly and pretty laid back Razz

But i am changing schools next year to a public school Very Happy

Ah, that was like my friend, i went to a different private school in the city for 1 term, and she got a scholarship to the school. It was an anglican school and she was .. not anglican. i think she was christian? :S i dont remember
That is strange Miaka-chan! Are teh schools close together? There was a school in the city where it was an all boys school, except they let girls in grade 10-12.. which i always found strange. Why do they call it an all boys school then?

Well, the schools are literally right next to each other. They are brother/sister schools. And, I dont really know why they do it. Maybe its easier to handle? Like, you only need to get 1 teacher for 2 classes?

i dont like dances either. i dont want to go to the year 10 formal. its pointless. i;d go to the year 12 one but not year 10.

I kinda like to go to dances... I feel so left out!
But I guess thats because I get to see a lot of my friends there! Smile

I dont always get to invite friends to my house, and some of my friends are changing schools, so its a nice way to spend some time with them.

And the fact that some students feel pressured by their peers, and with the media (those really revealing music videos!!! Grrr...)

I agree with you on that one. One time, one of my classmates were talking about stuff, and I couldn't understand a thing. I asked my sister (younger) and she wouldn't tell me. My other classmate told me what it meant and I was like:
